Making as Meditation: Intuitive Drawing Workshop
If you are tired of overthinking in your day-to-day life and are craving being in touch with your intuition - come to this workshop! In this online workshop, I will guide you through a series of meditations and drawing exercises that will help you connect with your inner knowing. When we are able to strengthen our ability to listen to ourselves we feel more agency and feel more capable! This workshop is designed for all levels - whether you are a practicing artist or someone just craving more creativity in their lives. You’ll leave with accessible practices you can use outside of the workshop to take care of yourself, move through emotions, and gain clarity.
