Super Bloom

Super Bloom
Summer/Fall 2023
Super Bloom was a portable creative sensory table installation. Lead artist Deborah Johnson designed the table and collaborated with digital fabricator, Noy Mizrachi to bring the table to life! Inspiration for the table was drawn from Montessori furniture and expressive arts therapy frameworks.
Noy designed the table for adaptability and can be easily disassembled and reassembled while maintaining structural integrity when in use. Super Bloom sessions popped up across various Boston parks, the Watertown Public Library and Harvard Yard.
Super Bloom was supported by funding from Mass Arts Cultural Council, City of Boston’s Art and Culture Department, and MassMoca’s Assets for Artists.
